These work great for keeping my "index" toe separated from my big toe. The "index" toe is migrating under my big toe and gets uncomfortable some times. I cut off about an inch of bandage and put it around my second and third toes to keep them together and away from the big toe. I wash the 1" piece with soap and water, let it dry overnight, and am able to use it several times before it gets too stretched out. Good value too!! Thanks, amazon!!
