This tape stays in place a long time. I had taped my knee and foot due to arthritis. It really helps. After five days the only reason I changed the tape was because it was dirty. I think it would have kept holding!

Bought this for my mom. She has flexor Tendinitis (or locked finger) issue. Flexor Tendinitis is where tendons in the fingers is either catching or locking in a bent position, particularly in the morning. And is painful to straighten out as it pops or clicks when straightening the finger. My mom was told to wear a splint to keep them straight while sleeping. If you ever wear a splint you would know how uncomfortable it is. In come the Kinesiology tape. It help hold her finger straight as she sleeps but give just enough movement at night to not be uncomfortable.
