I am giving it a 4 just because it is kind of a pain to empty the butts out of it. I should of went with the style that has a bucket inside.

This butt can is very heavy duty and of high quality. I purchased these to replace but cans with plastic necks. These should last for years without ever having a melt down. Good product at a fair price.
